2014 Victoria Memorial Walk
Sunday the 14th of September 2014
The 2014 Victorian memorial walkathon on Sunday the 14th of September was our 5th Memorial Walk. It was an incredible day where over 600 people from across Victoria and interstate joined together to walk in memory of all the precious babies little lost lives.
The jumping castle, fairy face painter, belly dancers, clown, kids colouring competition, market stalls, sausage sizzle, slushies, fairy floss, cupcakes, singer, dog show, pony rides and animal farm kept all the kids entertained.
The walk itself was a beautiful experience and many of the participants had personalised their own t-shirts in memory of their babies and wore them proudly. Others donned the programs Walkathon T-shirt and “Walking in Memory of” placards. It was a amazing sight to see so much support for our program in Victoria.
The event was considered by everyone as an amazing success raising over $29,000.
Is so excited to announce that the VIC Memorial Walk raised $28,900!! What an incredible day and to top it off the most perfect weather!
